  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
  • All sneakers and collectibles sold by Attention AU are authenticated by us prior to dispatch — however, authentication is based on our assessment and industry knowledge, not a third-party certification unless stated otherwise

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately
  • We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed
  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it and we will do our best to assist, though this cannot be guaranteed
  • Attention AU reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in breach of these terms

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are guides only — we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • Attention AU is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • For lost or damaged items in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging a claim with the carrier

7. Authenticity

  • Attention AU authenticates every item before dispatch using our knowledge and experience in the sneaker and collectibles industry
  • While we take every reasonable measure to ensure authenticity, our authentication is not a guarantee against all possible defects or irregularities
  • If you have concerns about the authenticity of an item you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence

  • All content on attentionau.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding is the property of Attention AU and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent
  • Brand names, trademarks, and product names referenced on our site (Nike, Jordan, Yeezy, Adidas, Geedup, Pokémon, Pop Mart, Asics) belong to their respective owners — Attention AU is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these brands
