At Attention AU we want every order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
- During busy periods such as sales or new drop releases, processing times may extend slightly — we will communicate any delays via email or Instagram
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

4. Order Tracking
- All orders include tracking
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment
- You can also track your order directly through the carrier's website using your tracking number
- If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us
5. Packaging
- All items are packed securely to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us
- Sneakers are shipped in their original box where applicable
- Pokémon sealed product and collectibles are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage in transit
- We take care with every order — your product matters to us as much as it does to you
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, the shipment is in the hands of the carrier
- Attention AU is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control
- If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first before contacting us
- If your order appears genuinely lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging a claim with the carrier — however we cannot guarantee a resolution as this is subject to the carrier's investigation outcome
- For high value orders we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping with signature on delivery where available
7. Damaged in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will assess the claim and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund subject to carrier claim outcomes
8. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
- Attention AU is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [your email] — we will do our best to update it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs
9. Signature on Delivery
- For high value orders, we recommend selecting signature on delivery at checkout where available
- Attention AU is not liable for orders that are left unattended at the delivery address where signature on delivery was not selected
10. Public Holidays
- We do not dispatch orders on Australian public holidays or Victorian public holidays
- Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day
